Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scents & Secrets. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once an order is processed and shipped please allow approximately 4-6 business days for arrival.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery if this does occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We offer free shipping for orders over $50 for anywhere within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories may be charged according to the best rates available.
Return, Exchange, & Cancellation Policy
We will honor cancellations within the first 24 hours, as long as your order has not already been processed for shipment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.
Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please allow us a minimum of 10 business days to process eligible returns.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email.
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. We recommended insuring the return and getting the tracking information.
We currently do not accept returns on any of our bar soap at this time. We strive to provide high quality products and customer service, so if the contents of your package arrives damaged, please contact us via email and send us a picture of the damaged goods. Our customer satisfaction is a top priority and we want to make it right. If we issue a refund or new shipment, please keep the original bars of soap or share them with others as our way of saying, " Thank you!"
